An antimeme is an idea that resists spreading - despite being important.

Not because it's wrong. Because it's uncomfortable to sit with, or inconvenient to say out loud.

These ideas are easy to nod along to, but hard to internalise. The people on Lenny's podcast have internalised them anyway. That's part of what makes them outliers.
